Ribbon should be refreshed after deleting an extraction

      Delete an extraction definition file inside a folder: the folder containing the extraction is selected, but all ribbon buttons are disabled.  The ribbon should be refreshed, and buttons enabled or disabled depending on the rights of the selected folder
