Rights on extraction folders and files are manually handled instead of relying on access controllers.

As result:

• there is no cache on rights computation
• the user rights explanation tool seems inconsistent because it says that the user does not have the right even though the buttons are active (because user is the author)

We should use a :

• a hierarchical accesscontroller for folders and files
• an access controller for giving related rights to author on his extraction files

Furthermore, when changing rights affectation, we need to close/open the tool so that the status of the buttons reflects the new affections
