There is no interaction between the fields

According documentation, content types should be a combobox ?

Content types is marked with * but not register query. But one of then is mandatory.
Maybe the mode should be selected by a radio button.

Override columns and sort have sense only if the mode with registered query is chosen. Maybe these checkbox should be disabled/enable according the query mode.

On "query" mode, maybe the columns and sort fields should be disabled if the corresponding boxes are not checked.
