Environment:

EntraID used for user directory and credential provider

Bug:

• Some user accounts have email addresses containing uppercase letters in the original directory
• EntraID normalizes and returns all email addresses in lowercase
• Ametys appears to perform case-sensitive comparison when matching users
• This mismatch prevents correct user identification during authentication and causes 401 error
