It could be nice to be able to be able to choose between commandline and pdfbox in the configuration and not in the runtime.xml BECAUSE most of the customers are using linux and using the command line BUT most of the developpers or projects managers are using windows.
So it is more complicated to maintain two kinds of configuration of runtime.xml
