[FORMS-147] When I valid a form wich contain a checkbox, the checkbox is duplicated

How to reproduce :

• valid the form with an error
• the alert appears and the checkbox is duplicated

Note that, the input radio has the same behavior.

This is on the snapshot of the 30/10/2012

Cannot reproduce nor in 3.4.1 neither in 3.5... your screenshot makes me think it was using the old skin.
Maybe the bug was due to that skin. If so you should test in 3.3

I saw this issue also. The checkboxes and the select inputs are doubled

this looks like jqtransform is aborted
I mean that it creates the image to replace the checkbox, but then do not hide the existing form element...
