How to reproduce :

• Create a form with 4 input text :
  1. rule value: integer and min : 4
  2. rule value: integer and max : 2
  3. rule value: decimal and min : 4
  4. rule value: decimal and max : 2
• save and preview the form
• intentionally enter erroneous data
  > the first field is considered valide whereas there are only 2 caracters instead of 4
  > on the second field, the user has not been blocked and get to enter more than 2 caracters
