How to reproduce

• go to back-office
• select a content A on page PA that contains a form
• click on the button to display inputs of the form (data are displayed)
• select a content B on page PB that contains a form
• click on the button to display inputs of the form

Actual behavior

• A pop-up is displayed like : you should select a form to proceed", but there is no way to select the form

The only solution is to reopen the back-office to display the second form.
