How to reproduce it :

• insert a form
• insert a select field
• open options window
• add a new choice with label "New choice" and value "value"
• add a new choice with exactly the same label and value than before
• > the new one should not be accepted

Expected behavior :

• a form control should display a warning to do not create twice the same value
