My form contains a textfield of type 'email', with confirmation

I type a wrong email, without confirmation, clicked on OK 5 times and the error tooltip is not reinitialized each time. As a result, there is the same message appended 5 times

Then I corrected the field with a correct email address, typed the same in the confirmation and clicked on 'OK' (with still other errors on other fields). The red border is no longer here to indicate there is no error, but the tooltip is still here !!!
