how to reproduce

• Insert a form in content
• make a text field and validate button
• Record
• Copy content
• Paste the content as new
• Insert this copy on the same page as the first form
• Modify the form id
• Record
• Go to preview

The first form works but not the second, the field IDs are the same. There must be a conflict.
