      When a user completes a form, the recipient receives an email indicating in the subject "A user has made a request...".

      It would be good if the subject of this email indicates the name of the applicant, because when several requests are made and they all have the same subject. This would make it easier to manage the various requests.

      Exactly as in the notification when a content is "proposed", the name of the person proposing is in the subject of the email.

          This won't be done on current form but can be considered on the new module
