When a workflow error occured, the error displayed is a general error. So the cause is not displayed to user.

For example, my form has a limit for number of entries. The limit is reached.
After refuse a entry, I try to reinit the entry.
There is a worflow error because the limit is reached.
In BO the error cause is diplayed to user.

In front there is only a simple alert box with general error

Note: for this case, why the reinit action is available ? It shoud not.
