Before FORMS-613, it was possible to create forms (or form directories) with only numbers as title. Doing so will cause the automatic script to fail, causing maintenance mode.

Also, creating a form (or form directory) with only numbers now prompt an unhandled error, we should either handle the error correctly prompting a clear error message, or allow to create form/directories with number only
