JS check on number field does not take into account if field is mandatory or not

      I have a form with a number input not mandatory, with a min valeur of 10 and max value of 99.
      I cannot submit the form if I do not fill this input whereas the field is not mandatory

      Note that dates fields have a min/max and are not mandatory. I can submit the form without filling date fields (OK)
