[Dashboard] Display a message if dashboard cannot be displayed

      If there is an error during generation and display of dashboard, nothing is displayed. 

      The user can ask what happens. 

      Is it possible to display a sentence to the user, for instance :

      "An error has been encountered, please consult your administrator".
