Fields that depends on a rule are not saved

      I have 2 fields (simple text and textarea) that depends on the value "true" of a other field

      I have another field (radio boutons) that depends on the value of choice list

      When submitting form, the values of theses fields are ignored (not saved) even if rules are respected.
