The unique id of send mail action is not unique for the entry in admin dashboard

      In admin dashboard, the buttons and labels in "send-mail" actions don't have a unique Id when there are multiple action with "send-mail" action-type.

      With a workflow with multiple "send-mail" actions available, the dialog that opens up to send an email has field that don't have a unique Id. This causes the "send mail" check box to not disable the fields.
