A workflow actor on a form can not see or validate data without the right to consult data

      A user that have rights on form's workflow actions can access to admin dashboard and do some actions.
      But it can not see data without the right "Consulter les données) (403 on validate action or see data popup)

      Caused by: org.ametys.runtime.authentication.AccessDeniedException: User 'UserIdentity [login=pmartin, population=membres-espaces-projets]' tried to handle form data without convenient right [Form_Entries_Rights_Data]
