[FRONTEDIT-168] List of rich text editor styles is empty on FO side

just a css issue on FO, no link with WORKSPACS-1023

I did not understand what you said at first "On BO the list is not styled." while the list is obviously styled

On FO side I don't know if the list is really empty.

On online editor none of the menus can be opened: styles, image, table, list

Maybe WORKSPACES-1023 is due to the same cause ?
