This issue is about member profile but also user directory profile as it is about profile photo.

Currently, we have no possibility to adjust profile photo as it can be done on LinkedIn for example (from Front Office).

We have to choose between automatic cropping with centering not ever adapted or predefined photo format required.

It should be nice to have a tool allowing to adjust the photo.
