How to reproduce : 

1 - Insert a link

2 - Without clicking on the created link, click on update. 

=> Pop up to update link is opened. Change for example a letter in the link and validate. 

3 - A new link is automatically added instead of updating first link. 

Note : On back office, there is no problem since update link button is only available after clicking on the created link.
