How reproduce

• enable typing
• edit content
• link to a file to download
• Hover over the phrase "click here to insert a new file in the selected directory"

When hovering the mouse over the link, the mouse turns into a cursor and not with the hand symbol.
Which doesn't help contributors understand that it's a link
