When browser zoom >=125%, certain buttons don't work in front edition popup

      Environment to reproduce bug:

      PC screen is standard 1920*1080p (125% scale in windows settings)

      Browser zoom is set to >=125%

       

      Steps to reproduce bug : 

      -Modify content in front edition (i.e article)

       

      Bug :

      The following buttons are not clickable

          The issues comes from the height available when displaying the "modify content" popup.

          If height is too small (easy to test by reducing browser height even in 100% zoom), then no tinymce menu appears
