Inconsistency between right assignments, messages and right-checking

      1. Connect to FO with a FO user with very limited rights (FO edition, content modifying...), who is not allowed to manage resources
      2. Edit a rich-text metadata
      3. Click on add a shared image
      4. A popup with resource explorer tree appears, with a message saying my rights are insufficient to ass a resource here
      5. i select an image, and save. Apparently, I was able to do it

      Something is wrong here

       

      Same issue for feature "Add a link towards a shared file"

          The issue is that the UI is not very easy to understand.
          If you did have the right, you would have see a link "add a resource here", that would have allowed you to insert a new shared file in the backoffice and you it as a link at once...
