How to reproduce

• go to glossary
• add a word
• ask to display the word on the site
• edit a content
• add this word
• save
• the word is well displayed
• edit the word in the gloassry to not diaplay it
• refresh your page

Actual behavior

• the word is still displayed as a word in the glossary and I need to edit the content to modify that

Expected behavior

• the content is automatically refreshed
