CV link in job application email has incorrect base

      Steps to reproduce bug:
      -Create a job form
      -Configure the form in order to receive an email when someones submits an application
      -Submit an application

      Bug:

      In the email, the CV's url (pdf document) is generated thanks to the url found in the FO's admin config file instead of the BO's admin config file (like the rest of the links in the email) which means that only certain Ametys projects will work (with BO and FO on seperate servers)
