Use drag and drop to change the rank of a link

      The buttons of the ribbon to rank the links seems out of date today.
      Drag and drop is more intutive.

          The issue is that the user can sort the columns... then the drag'n'drop would become inconsistent... while the good old buttons still works (event if you cannot see their effect since you are sorting on another criteria)
