The dynamic informations provider does not check if the link is deactivated by the user or not when fetching dynamic informations.

If I have a provider that fetches informations from a distant serveur, but the link is not displayed by the user, I should not have to do this external request every time the link directory is updated for that user. 

This can result in huge loading times for no reason if the external server is slow, especially since the fetched data is not displayed anyway
