We should be able to create link theme used into a skin from a conf file of the skin

      Like we create tags used into the skin with skinName/conf/tags.xml
      We should be able to create themes used into the skin with skinNam/conf/link-themes.xml

      This file is only used to declare wich theme we will use into the skin. But the user has to create this theme himself. This cause lot of confusion.

          Yes the declaration could be brought by the skin.
          But I'm not a supporter of using it mean declaring it... maybe a new themes.xml file... TBD
