Let user choose the theme(s) of his custom link

      Currently, the user is not able to choose the theme on which he would add his custom link.
      When the user fill its custom link, we should have a (mandatory) dropdown list with available themes.
      If only one theme is available, it should be hidden.

      For service, it should be limited to the themes selected on the service.
      For InputData, it should be limited to the themes available for the InputData.

          I do not agree.
          Keep it simple.
          The visitor does not known anything about themes: this is a backoffice notion.
          The only exception would be a skin displaying the themes.

          In the service, there are many themes + 1 custom theme (=> no choice needed)
          In the inputdata, the customlink has to be froceable in any way (by the xsl or by the conf)
