Add a decorator and rename the tool/button for themes

      Since glossary tool has a theme tool (GLOSSARY-56) it can be confusing when the tool of link directory themes and glossary theme are opened.

      To avoid confusion, add a "link" decorator, rename tool "Custom links' themes" and rename contextual ribbon "Links' themes"
