[MOBILEAPP-40] Query container parameter: impossible to start the application

Steps to reproduce

Start an Ametys project with mobile app plugin and an empty repository and configuration.
At startup, configuration is needed to start the application
But in the mandatory field plugin.mobileapp.query.container, it asks for a query directory that I cannot create until I am able to start the application, neither I can copy it if I update the application with this missing parameter.

Also, the field value should contains something like "queries://[valid-uuid]" but nothing is verified.
