How to reproduce

• user A has the mobile app (so it has userpref for mobile app, user pref contains the projects where the user is registered)
• user A is added in a new project

Actual behavior

• User A does not receive push notification for the new project

Expected behavior
If user has user pref for mobile app and has some push notification activated (he can unactivate all notification) THEN the user pref should be updated to add push notification of this new project
