Notification storage should handle changes

      Currently, for each users, the requests/notifications/workspaces projectsto be notified about are stored in the user preferences. This means that if we add a project or a new request, the user will not be notified unless the user login or open the notification page again.

          MOBILEAPP-89 introduces "all projects", "all feeds", "all types" switches, so that even new items are correctly handled if the user has these switches turned on
