How to reproduce

• add a content myfavorites
• insert 3 items
• save and validate
• edit it again
• modify the order of the items
• save

Actual behavior

• the order does not change
• In JCR we have

  ametys:links
    ametys:3
    ametys:5
    ametys:6
    ametys:4
    ametys:2
    ametys:1
  

  But the render is still 1, 2, 3...
