The newsletter on line has empty attributes on the HTML tag (xml:lang, lang)

      How to reproduce :

      • create a new newsletter,
      • on preview, the attributes of the HTML tag appears like this : 
        <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="fr" lang="fr">
      • send this newsletter
      • in your mailer, open the newsletter and click on the link "see the newsletter on line"
      • the newsletter appears in your browser, and the attributes of the HTML tag are now empty. 
        <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="" lang="">
