Can't use both buttons : Import subscriber and Add subscribers

      The dialogs of Import Subscribers and Add Subscribers are in conflicts:

      [E] Ext.ComponentManager.register(): Registering duplicate component id "categoryId"

      If you use any of them, you can't use the other one without refresing the cms.

          It seems that "id" on fields is not used. Simply remove it, or use "ItemId" instead.
