How to reproduce:

• Add the Newsletter archives service in a zone
• The Number of records parameter propose its default value
• Empty the field and save
• No newsletter is displayed, like the parameter was set to 0  => Weird

Like search service V2 (results per page parameter), if the parameter is empty, all archives should be displayed. And the min value of the widget should be 1.
