If the user let the parameter 'Number of records' empty, no newsletter is shown in the list (0 is used as the default value)

It could be nice to show all newsletter if the parameter is empty (like the pagination parameter in the filtered contents service)

In any case, the description of the parameter should be improved (at least to say that the default value is 0)
