How to reproduce

Connect to the cms
Select the newsletters module
Click to select a newsletter
Click to select the category or the section

Actual behavior

Ribbon actions : "Nouvelle catégorie", "Modifier", "Supprimer" are disabled

Expected behavior

Ribbon actions are enabled

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All

Some newsletter categories are not modifiables (categories linked to sitemap), so the actions are disabled.
The tooltip on action explain to you why the actions are disabled (see screenshot)
