How to reproduce

• connect to cms
• open newsletter module
• create a category

Actual behavior

• the user can not add a newsletter until there is no skin on the category
• there is no information on the screen about that except the icon to add a newsletter is disabled (which is perfect for the "disabled")

Expected behavior

• something to inform the user, for example a tooltip on the category or on the "add a newsletter button" to inform the user
