How to reproduce

• connect to cms with an empty repository
• create a page "Newsletter registration" and keep it opened
• Open newsletter module
• Create a category "cattest" under "personalized"
• Affect a skin to the new category
• click on the tab "Newsletter registration"
• add a service to register to the newsletter

Actual behavior

• the new category is not displayed in the category tree
• It is displayed if you reload the page

Expected behavior

• the new category is displayed
