This function uses the i18n key of plugin web and the SendMailFunction of odf-web.

But this function does not override the SendMailFunction.getMailSubject of cms. Then we get mails with empty bracket (without sitename). Sitename is well used on body of this mail.

How to reproduce : edit a program on odf-web template, propose it, then you get a mail with this subject : [] Content "my program" is proposed
