[Composantes] Problème création de composante

      Je crée une composante, elle est bien créée.
      Mais une boite de dialogue d'erreur me dit qu'il est impossible de rattacher cette nouvelle composante à l'établissement racine : une autre composante est verrouillée par un utilisateur.

      Dans les logs j'ai :
