Currently, to completely deactivates Apogée, you have deactivates multiple features, but if we deactivates the configuration, none of Apogée components should works.

Also, with remote CDM-fr, we have some new configurations, but the use of remote CDM-fr have to allow a simple deactivation.

I will move the Apogée configuration and the remote CDM-fr configuration to a feature. All feature from Apogée and remote CDM-fr will have dependencies to the configuration.
Then if the configuration is deactivate, Apogée or remote CDM-fr components are not available.

Classic CDM-fr is always available because it doesn't required a global configuration and buttons only appears if at least one CDM-fr synchronization is available.
