Impossible to create hierarchical tableref if ODF is in the project

      In a project containing the plugin ODF, t is not possible to create an item in a hierarchical tableref.

      Here is a screenshot with « Code Erasmus »

       In english, the message is : The contents {0} and {2} are not program items.
