Calling ODFRightHelper#computeParentProgramItem on a course, reset the ancestor set in permission context when the course has a single step holder.

Ancestor should be set to the step holder only if the ancestor is null.

If not null, ancestor should be keep only if is part of step holder tree.

Parents should be empty if ancestor is not part of step holder tree.
