On a course, the repeater "Seconde chance / Session de rattrapage - Épreuves" (mccSession2) can not be modified if

the configuration parameter odf.mcc.restrictions.policy.nbSessions is set to BLOCKED
and the parent container's nbSession is set to "One Session"

This mecanism is implemented as a canWrite restriction, but should be a disable-condition
