Add a OdfURIResolver

      For now, stylesheets for ODF content (program-.xsl, course-.xsl) use a helper from ODF-Web{{org.ametys.plugins.odfweb.repository.OdfPagePathHelper}}.

      Thus it is not possible to display a content in an application without odf-web.

      This helper should be removed and replace by a OdfURIResolver.
